May Etta Harris, age 88, of Cambridge died June 29, 2022 at GracePointe Crossing – The Gables. In honoring her wishes, no services will be held.
May Etta was born December 18, 1933 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Don and Hazel (Brandt) Raschke. She grew up and attended school in Mahtomedi. May Etta lived in the Forest Lake area for many years and she moved to Cambridge in 2014. She was a social person and enjoyed talking on the phone, playing cards and Dominos with family and friends at Ashland Place, and going on road trips. She like traveling and was fortunate to have been able to visit Hawaii.
May Etta passed away June 29, 2022 at GracePointe Crossing – The Gables at age 88 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Dawn (Steve) Kable; grandchildren, Angie and Andrea; brother, Larry Raschke; sister, Kathy (Jerry) Steurnagel; and by other relatives and friends. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Mark Lien, and two sisters, Vicki and Lorna.
I loved May so much, and will never forget her! I have thought of her often since I left MN, she was Such a special lady. I wish I could have been there. I send you all my love and prayers.
May is such a beautiful soul, I will miss her so much. She always made the hard days better. I am so thankful to have gotten the chance to meet her! I will never forget her. I will be thinking of her and her family <3
