Dale was a great person. Because we lived so far away, we were not around Dale and LaVerne very often. But we always enjoyed the visits. He could make you feel at ease right away, and we always enjoyed talking with him.
We are so sorry for your loss. Our condolences to the family.
Steve and Sharlou

Sorry to the family for your loss. I knew Dale in Blakeley Mn, along with all of his siblings. One room school house, only had 2 students in my class Dale and Dewayne. Always told people I ranked 3rd in my class, never bothered to explain there were only the 3 of us. I was good friends as a kid with Dennis, cousin Darwin as well. Remember all of the Longs, girls and boys with affection. Just good people. Dale was very funny and just a good kid, sorry to hear of his passing. Wish all the Longs the very best from the Dohenyβs who lived in the farm next to them. I remember you too Deloris and wish you the best. Jack was nice enough to give me a call a few times in the last few years. God Bless
