Jeff is my brother and is greatly missed. Jeff and I were very close all of our life. We went to school together, he was only 1 year older then me. He did a lot of shananigans in school. I was usually the one that could talk to him to behave himself. Jeff called me on a daily basis when he got home from work and he would confide in me his personal feelings about things in his life. One of his worst regrets was losing contact with his son Jake. Jeff had a heart of gold and he would give you the shirt off his back if needed. Seeing him in the hospital in the last few weeks was heart wrenching however Jeff and I kept in contact via text. We discussed his last wishes in the event something would happen. Jeff made his wishes very clear and I do regret that his wishes were not honored entirely. In his last wishes he told me he did not have a suit to be buried in, he said to bury him in a nice pair of jeans and one of his vet tee shirts. Our family would like to say thank you to Missy who provided the suit he was buried in. I personally would like to say thank you to every one in our family who provided the financial support so he got the funeral that he wanted. Jeff loved his brothers and sisters very much and missed mom and dad very much. He requested to be buried by mom and dad and our brother Fritz. He was buried where he requested which makes me very happy. Mom was always very close with Jeff and she had bought him that plot before she died. our family would also like to say thank you to Strike Funeral Home for the awesome job you did in preparation for Jeff’s funeral
I love you Jeff and will miss you forever
