Cliff was born on June 27, 1945 in Madison, MN to Robert and Grace Moe. He grew up in Waverly, MN with seven brothers and one sister. Cliff graduated from St. Mary’s High School with the class of 1963. He was united in marriage to Sandra Lockwood in 1965, and the couple had three children, Robbie, Kerrina, and Randi. They were married for 27 years. Cliff worked at Rock Tenn Paper Mill for over 44 years. On August 30, 2003 he married Karen Martini. This union gave Cliff two step-children, Katie and Mitchell. Cliff enjoyed camping and bicycling with his wife in younger years. After he retired, Cliff attended car shows with his friends and his Hudson Terraplane. He spent time buying and selling at flea markets. Cliff also built many bird houses.
Cliff is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Karen Moe; five children, Robert Moe, Randy Moe, Kerrina Arnsdorf, Katie Strand, and Mitchell Martini; three brothers, Ken, Bill, Jerry; one sister, Alice; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Robert and Grace Moe; four brothers, Michael, Wally, Don, and Jack.

Cliff and I for the last 6 or 7 years have been gone to countless garage sales, flea markets and auctions buying things to resale at other flea markets and at numerous garage sales at my house. He will be greatly missed at the next garage sale and I will miss my friend.
