In Memory of Jennifer Oberg

Jennifer Oberg, age 53, of Isanti died June 1, 2024.  A Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Thursday, June 13th at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti.

Jennifer Ann (Hjortaas) Oberg, of Isanti, MN, passed away on June 1, 2024. Jennifer was embraced in heaven by her loving son, TJ Foss and her father, William Hjortaas.

Jennifer was survived by the love of her life, Shane Oberg; her beautiful daughter, Bryttany Foss and most cherished grandson, Dash. She was the daughter of Cheryl Hjortaas, the big sister to William Jr. & Lisa Hjortaas, Carrie & Jeff Erickson, Elizabeth & Tom Mayer; daughter-in-law to Colleen & Tom Mengelkoch; the fun aunt to Mason, Helen, Grace, Noah, Alexis & Amelia and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Jennifer was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile was so stunning it would light up a whole room. She had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor. She was generous, loyal, and brave. She was a fantastic cook, loved fast cars, motorcycles and her Rottweiler babies. She loved her entire family, despite their quirks. She worried about them, rooted for them, protected them, forgave them, and always kept on loving them.

She will be remembered for all the heart she shared with her friends and family. She truly loved each of them- and if you knew her, you knew it.
