Notwithstanding the fact that I haven’t spoken directly to Jesse in several years since Germany, my soul has been at half-mast, as he was a dear friend and wonderful person, but I am certain he smiles now from the Kingdom.
It’s been a long time since I ran around with the Lohse sisters and I was very sad to hear this news. I think every guy at St Francis had a crush on Bethany and when she met Jesse everyone knew they had been defeated haha. Heartfelt condolences from myself and my extended family. I won’t be able to attend the service but will be praying for the families throughout the day, and daily going forward. Peace be with you.
Very sorry for your loss! Jesse and I both subcontracted work for the same general contractor. He will be dearly missed!

Such great memories of picking up Jesse to go to BMX tracks with my son, Broc, and watching all their accomplishments and friendship over the years. Then reconnecting with Jesse as an adult. Such a fine man he was.
I am one of Jesse and Bethany’s midwives. I am heartbroken by this unbelievable tragedy. I am sending love to Bethany and Isaac, along with all the family and friends who loved this generous and hard-working man. Rest in the Peace of God’s Grace, Jesse.
Our heartfelt condolences to Bethany, Isaac, and the whole family. Jesse will be dearly missed and we were lucky to have known him and worked with him! Rest in peace Jesse.
Randy Ray Haugen would say JesseMan!
A good man he was. I always knew I could call him when I needed help.
He would say Auntie Kathy in the sweetest way. I’ll never forget.
I knew Jesse as a plumbing contractor. I did many inspections for him and his Rock Solid company.
The name says it all about his work and personality, at time of inspection the work would be done correctly and professionally and he always had a smile and a story to tell.
God’s blessings

I was saddened to hear of Jesse’s passing. Though we only briefly crossed paths in high school, I remember him as a kind person. It’s clear he was a beloved outdoorsman, a devoted husband, father, and a man of faith. His incredible spirit was evident in every aspect of his life, even in the way he passed. My condolences to his family during this difficult time.
