I met Carla during her Mesa years. We attended spiritual development classes, hikes and museum trips and many Skip-Bo sessions together. We laughed a lot and I grew in my love of God during those years. Carla was a dynamic lady in the love of God and family and country. May you all find comfort in knowing Carla was loved and admired.
Sincere condolences.

I’m struggling with what to say. I think I’m still in shock. The realization of both Uncle Mike and Auntie Carla being gone is hard to wrap my head around. I will cherish all the memories I have. A lifetime’s worth. Kelly, Kathie and Kari, I wish more than anything that I could take away your pain. Hang on tight to each other. Your mom and dad raised strong intelligent daughters.
I know they both were so proud of you! I love you cousins and will continue praying God gives you the strength you need in this most difficult time. 💕

Kelly, Kathie, Kari & families I’m praying God comfort and support you at such a difficult, sad time and that as you draw together you can find strength and comfort in your bonds with each other too. You were all so blessed to have such loving, godly parents in Mike & Carla. They were a light and a blessing to many. It comforts me to know they are together in heaven with the Lord and loved ones. I love you all.
