Diane L. Raasch, age 72, of Isanti passed away October 5, 2024 at home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 11th at Strike Life Tributes in CAMBRIDGE. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Danforth Cemetery.
Dianna “Diane” Louise Raasch was born January 11, 1952 in Queen City, Texas to William and Lucille (Klas) Aubin. She grew up and attended school in North Saint Paul. She married Roger Raasch on August 8, 1970. They made their first home in Circle Pines and in 1976 they moved to Isanti. Diane worked as a custodian for the Cambridge-Isanti schools for over 25 years. She loved gardening and watching movies. In her younger years she raised and showed Shelties and enjoyed going to dog shows.
Diane passed away October 5, 2024 at home at the age of 72 years, 8 months and 24 days. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; and siblings.
She will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, Daryl, Jeff, Doug and Jason; brothers, Gene Aubin and Larry (Carol) Aubin; sisters, Gerri (Barry) Breheim and Cheryl Spjut; grandchildren, Jacob (Moriah), Reign, Viktor, Jasin and Naudia; great-grandchildren, Nikolai, Wynrie and Hemi; and by many other relatives and friends.
My mother worked with her at IMS and my father was a custodian in the district as well. Met her many times and she was a wonderful person. God Bless.

Diane was a giver. She shared with us for many yrs, her home to stay in and her land to hunt on. Always very friendly and talkative, she would share the news in her life. She had a lot of compassion for others, was very sensitive to the needs of those around her. God gifted her with the grace of giving to others. We watched her put herself aside while being very loving and caring mom to her children when they needed her. She will be missed and someday we will see her again, in the blink of an eye we will meet up in heaven and it will be a wonderful reunion. Until then…… thank you Diane and farewell.
