LeAnn Louise Freyberger was born on January 11, 1969 in Fridley, Minnesota to Larry and Judy (Miller) Freyberger. She began school in St. Francis, MN and graduated from Burnsville High School in 1987, where she enjoyed participating in softball and cross-country skiing. She went on to Mankato State and eventually graduated from Rasmussen University and enjoyed a career in the medical field, helping others.
LeAnn’s greatest joy and accomplishment in life was her daughter MiKayla. They enjoyed many great adventures together, and special times of sharing and laughter, as only a mother and daughter can.
LeAnn loved to watch a good sporting event! Whether it was the Vikings, the Twins or the Wild, she was always super excited to cheer on her team! She also loved watching her nieces and nephews play sports and was always eager to cheer them on, whatever they were doing!
A close second to sports, was LeAnn’s love of the outdoors. She never missed an opportunity to spend time in nature, whether it be tagging along with Al hunting or heading up north to spend time at a cabin or fishing on the lake.
LeAnn passed away March 20, 2025 at the Mayo Clinic, surrounded by friends and family. She was preceded in death by her mom, Judy Miller. She was survived by her daughter, MiKayla Freyberger (Darrin Kwallek); father, Larry Freyberger; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Karen Freyberger; and sister, Frankie Freyberger (Eugene Martin).
I’M FREE
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free
I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I found the peace at the close of day.
If my parting has left a void
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Oh yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life’s been full, I savored much,
Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all to brief
Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart, and share with me
God wanted me now; He set me free.
My deepest sympathy to LeAnn’s family

Knowing she is in heaven with Jesus, her mom, and family that passed before her brings me peace. Hugs to her entire family and all that knew her and what a special person she was. She loved her family and always reached out when someone was in need.
