
Cynthia K. Reynolds, age 74, of Isanti, passed away peacefully with her husband at her side, August 9, 2025 at Rosewood Senior Living in Cambridge, Minnesota. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church in Isanti with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM with a luncheon to follow the service at 12:00 PM.
Cynthia was born November 15, 1950 in Miller, South Dakota to Edward and Myrtle (Rose) Neuman. She was raised in Miller and then in Hudson, Wisconsin. Cindy graduated from Miller High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education on May 20th, 1973. Her first teaching job was for the Gonvick School District. Cindy also worked for Anoka County as a Child Support Officer and other Anoka County positions over the years.
On July 10, 1975 Cindy married Lyle Reynolds in Hudson, Wisconsin. They lived in Fridley for a short time before moving to Isanti in 1976. They were blessed with two sons, Charliey in 1981 and Matthew in 1985. Cindy was very involved with the boys’ sports as they grew up. Cindy and Lyle attended Faith Lutheran Church in Isanti, St. Andrew Lutheran Church in East Bethel and then returning to Faith Lutheran Church. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, fishing, her dogs, counted cross stich and other craft projects.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Lyle; son, Charliey (Jessica Prunick); brother, Scott (Alzola) Neuman; sister, Debbie (Stan) Johnson; granddaughter, Harper Rose Reynolds; and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Edward and Myrtle Neuman, she was preceded in death by their youngest son, Matthew.
Cindy will be missed by a lot of people. Not just the family. Wonderful person.
