Harold Clifford Hansen, age 96, of Cambridge passed away July 12, 2025 after a long illness. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 1 – 3 PM Saturday, August 30th at Strike Life Tributes in Cambridge. Food and refreshments will be provided.
Harold was born in Brookings, SD in 1928, attended high school in Sioux Falls, before attending the U of MN, earning a BA and later an MSW. He retired from the MN Dept. of Corrections after 34 years. He served over 20 years in the US Army Reserves. He married Arlys Christianson in 1955, raising 5 children in St. Cloud, then Coon Rapids.
He is survived by sister, Betty Jo; children, Amy (Kim) Fetterhoff, John (Allison) Hansen, Phillip (Jenny) Hansen, Lawrence Hansen, Charles Hansen; and nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
I have many fond memories of your dad up at your cabin! You have my deepest condolences.
