
Joseph “Joe” Agresto, age 71, of Isanti, MN, passed away surrounded by loved ones at his home. A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Isanti Union Cemetery.
Joe was born on September 12, 1953, in Chicago, IL, and moved to Minnesota as a teenager. On April 4, 1981, he married the love of his life, Diane, and together they built a beautiful life and raised their family in Braham, MN.
Joe dedicated his life to working hard and providing for those he loved. He worked for many years at Hoffman Engineering, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment. Above all, Joe’s family was his greatest treasure. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, always putting his family first and supporting his children in every way he could. His grandchildren brought him immeasurable joy and pride.
Joe had a lifelong passion for music, especially the drums. He loved playing, creating, and listening to music, and it was a big part of who he was.
He was preceded in death by his mother Esther, father Rocco, stepmother Virginia, siblings Carol, Gladys, and Theresa, Rocco and sister-in-law Karla.
Joe is survived by his loving wife Diane; children Jeff (Gloria), Leah (Todd), Jesse (Amanda), Nick, and Mandy (Kenny); siblings Corinne, Mike, Rosie, John, Patty, Roxana, Margie, Jimmy, Lori, Billy, Mary, and Lisa; grandchildren Ryan, Jamie, Brady, Hailee, Alexis, Evan, Kameron, Emma, LJ, Larissa, Lexus, Joslynn, Cassidy, Joseph, Hadassah, Ellianah, Giavanah; and nine great-grandchildren.
Joe will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his passion for music, and his hardworking spirit. His legacy lives on in the lives of those who loved him.
