Lazette Jean Olene, age 66, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026. A woman of boundless heart and unwavering devotion, Lazette lived by a simple rule: others always came first. Whether as the “best auntie,” a loyal friend, or a dedicated mother, she spent her life ensuring everyone else’s plate was full before her own.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Olene; her mother, Judith Butzer; her 6 siblings; and her children: Michelle Smith, Jeremy Mooers, Michael Sinjuschkin, and Nicole Skowronek. Her legacy of selfless love lives on through her eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was the most kind and giving person I will ever know ! She always made me feel as if I was a part of her family ! And she was always giving no matter what the she has touched my heart and soul… My heart is so heavy we have lost such an amazing woman. My deep condolences go out to her Family !
