
Alice C. White, age 94, of Cambridge passed away February 4, 2026 at home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 11th at Strike Life Tributes in Cambridge. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Isanti Union Cemetery.
Alice was born on June 13, 1931 in Sandstone, Minnesota to Otto and Alice Petersen. She grew up in Sandstone, Minnesota and graduated from Sandstone High School. On September 23, 1949 she married Edward White and they made their first home in St. Paul, MN. Alice and Ed lived in several Minnesota communities and then in 1959 they moved to Isanti. In 1983 they moved to Cambridge, then lived in Mora for 8 years before returning to Cambridge in 1993. Besides being a homemaker, Alice did office work for Spotts International and she also worked as a school bus driver for Cambridge-Isanti schools. Her favorite activities were playing bingo, dancing (especially polka dancing), garage saling and enjoying winters in Arizona.
Alice is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by her five children, Ron (Pauline) White, Mike (Barb) White, Sandy (Bernie) Ciesynski, Ken (Paula) White and Ed (Denise) White; 13 grandchildren, Teresa, Nicole, Ron, Keri, Brian, Kristi, Shawn, Ryan, Hannah, Nick, Andrea, Brooke and Brittany; 19 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren; her dog, Leah, and many other relatives and friends. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Sr. White; brothers, Linton and Bill; and sisters, Pearl and Hazel.

I enjoyed her friendship while she was in Arizona, the laughter at bingo and other times. Alice always had a smile for us.
